Before You Book.
How long does a phone repair take?
Many common repairs such as screen or battery replacement are completed the same day, often within one to two hours. The exact time depends on the device model, the damage and part availability. We always give you a realistic estimate before starting.
Is the online price final?
Prices displayed online are starting estimates. We confirm the final price after inspecting your device and always before beginning any repair. You will never be charged more than the agreed amount.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours. Booking online helps us prepare the right parts in advance and reduces your waiting time.
What if my phone model is not listed?
Select "Other" or "My model is not listed" in the booking form and type your model manually. We service a very wide range of devices beyond the models shown.
How do I pay?
We accept cash and card in the shop. Payment is taken after the repair is completed and you have checked the device.
Can you repair a device that was opened by another shop?
In most cases yes. We will inspect it first and tell you honestly whether a reliable repair is still possible before you commit to anything.
After the Repair.
Do your repairs include a warranty?
Eligible repairs include a warranty of between 3 and 12 months depending on the service and the replacement part used. The warranty covers the part we installed and the work we performed.
What is not covered by the warranty?
New physical damage, liquid damage after the repair, and faults unrelated to the work we carried out are not covered. Water damage repairs are always done on a best-effort basis.
Will my data remain safe?
We handle every device carefully and never browse your personal content. Still, we strongly recommend backing up important data before any repair whenever your phone allows it.
Do I need to give you my passcode?
For most repairs we need to unlock the device to test the repaired functions. You can also stay with us during testing or change your passcode temporarily if you prefer.
What happens if the repair is not possible?
If we cannot fix your device, we tell you straight away and explain why. You only pay for a diagnosis if we agreed on one in advance.
Can you recover data from a dead phone?
Often yes. We assess the device first and tell you honestly what the chances are before you decide whether to proceed.
We're Happy to Help.
Send us a message with your phone model and the issue, or simply call us. We answer every question honestly, even when the answer is that a repair is not worth it.
